模板3修改轮播图的高度

1、在网站的根目录的templets文件夹下创建一个文件夹（文件夹名随意，案例stourweb为例）

2、  在新建的文件夹中添加如下两个文件夹

   templetssmoreindex/index_3.html  复制到  templetsstourwebindex文件夹中

         templetssmorecss/index_3.css  复制到  templetsstourwebcss文件夹中
